Designed and developed an interactive branching simulation that helps creative professionals practise managing challenging client conversations.

Learners navigate a realistic conversation between a commercial photographer and a dissatisfied client, making decisions that influence three interconnected variables: Trust, Tension and Clarity.

The experience integrates conditional dialogue, emotional character states, consequential choices and reflective feedback to support communication, de-escalation and problem-solving skills.

Designed a scenario-based eLearning experience that helps creative entrepreneurs recognise project risks, clarify client expectations and prevent avoidable disputes.

Set in a fictional Lagos creative studio, the learning experience follows a creative entrepreneur navigating a corporate client project. Learners examine realistic business documents, consider stakeholder perspectives and make decisions about communication, documentation and project responsibilities.
